Himalayan Pumpkin Curry
Organic pumpkin freshly carved, slow-cooked in Himalayan spices,
black-eyed peas, and seasonal vegetables. (VG) Choose from: Vegetable, Chicken, or Lamb.
In Nepal, it is called Kaatar Ko Tarkari. Delicious jackfruit cubed and simmered in cumin, fennel, cinnamon, cloves, fenugreek, and curry spices served in a tangy, savory fresh tomato sauce. (VG)
Organic Tofu Chili
Famous in Nepal. Organic tofu stir-fry with different bell pepper, onion, ginger, garlic, tomato, chili, and Himalayan spices. (V)
Nepali Style Fish Curry
Sous-vide seafood Nepali Style! Marinated in whole grain black & white mustard seeds then crushed, simmered in mustard seed oil, ginger, garlic, coriander, cumin, and yogurt. A light seafood dish to enjoy all year long. Choose: Salmon, Mahi Mahi, or Shrimp.
Salmon Coconut Curry
Wild salmon cooked in a creamy coconut sauce with cashews, golden raisins, and spices. Served with warm naan.
